I’m out of order with this but thought I would post my Friday night work out of 6 miles on the treadmill. I did it around Midnight and I felt really strong the whole time. I started really slow so my side wouldn’t hurt but felt so good I ramped it up at mile 4, 5 and 6. I didn’t fly or anything but I was able to speed it up. It felt SOGOOD to be strong on the treadmill. It’s been so long.
