I’m not sure what’s wrong with me, but for some reason I will let an entire day go by and not run on the treadmill and as soon as everyone goes to bed…I’m on it.
1:36am. Finished my 10 miles. Ran the whole thing at the rule following slow 5.6. I’m sure that’s part of why it went so well. Far better than my 9 miles two weeks ago? It was a good run. Read my book and just….ran. Felt good. The treadmill clock (center….says 8:46) reset itself probably at 99:00 so it took me a good while. I’m just guessing of course, I had it covered with a towel.
