Accountability. Huh. Go figure.
I’m totally blaming this on forcing myself to complete the workout.
Why? Because I’m still eating kind of lousy. Not enough calories. Candy is my staple and until I have to…I don’t want to give it up.
Hey…you people get chocolate and alcohol. I’m counting on my Hot Tamales.
It’s has actually turned out well to have myfitnesspal to back me up. My friends on this have been rockstars about encouragement along the way. Far better than I have been. I’m trying but I have to remember to do it.
And Solongo is showing us all up by freaking losing weight just by sleeping. Who does that??
