I was due to run a double this weekend and was just writing about my lack of motivation.
I took today off work, a never before taken but much needed mental health day (I could use a few weeks of those) and ran 3.25 miles on the treadmill. My run felt awesome and I was once again feeling that motivation and emotional strength I needed and knew was in there.
I popped online to register (nope…hadn’t even registered yet…just busy, no agenda). And was greeted with this:
I am sad.
