It’s Monday…starting it right.

The weather on Sunday was a GORGEOUS 56*.  And winds up to 40mph.  So unfriendly…On that note: I got to the gym and did five miles. Smiley  It was only a little excruciating because the treadmills there shut off after twenty minutes and I usually start out at a very VERY slow 5.6 and work my way up to a 6.0.  Needless to say…I was constantly having to deal with math.  So unfriendly.  The gym was empty though so I didn’t have to worry about anyone kicking me off the treadmill.

Yoga in the mornings is one of my favorite things.  It’s like a good run. The perfect way to start the day out.  Especially if you’re up before everyone else, you can do it in a dark room, some quiet music.  Really…pretty perfect way to start the day.
