It’s Miss Erin’s wedding day, which is clearly awesome, wonderful, beautiful and fabulous.

And my last full day with Sean before we fly home and separate in Dallas.

I’m a tad bit sad.

We had the most wonderful weekend.

We started the day with me in my running clothes (seriously, what is with me?) heading out to run. And instead we overheard someone talking about Lake Erie.

Shut up. I want to see Lake Erie.

So we went straight there.

The dock at Lake Erie. So much water and clear as can be that day.

Then we googled what else there was to see here and ended up at Lakeview Cemetery where President Garfield has a memorial and is laid to rest.

It’s amazing.  So much history and detail.

We walked all over there, took many photos.  And then realized we were tragically late to lunch.

So we headed back to meet Miss Ria and her husband Nick.

Lunch with them and back to the hotel to dress for the wedding!

Oh my gosh the wedding was SO beautiful.

Miss Erin looked like a princess.

The wedding was perfect. The church was perfect. Everything was perfect.

Sean and I spent a little time getting prepared for tomorrow before heading to the reception where there were HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE.

Let me say again….

I don’t even think I know hundreds of people.

We saw Erin for about 3 minutes.  Enough time to snap a quick photo.  They had a few dances and Sean and I bid a quick goodbye.

I have had a terrible migraine of varying degrees since flying here days ago and the flashing lights and dance music was not helping.

I’m sure Ria and Nick were thinking ~wow.  They are party animals.~ as we sat at the table.

But really…there were a LOT OF PEOPLE and they all seemed to be on the dance floor having a great time in the dark with the flashing lights and the very loud music.

I could be in my blissfully quiet hotel room with my seriously fabulous husband enjoying our time together. Yeah.

I’ll take door number 2.

I love to dance just as much as the next person, my kids will attest to that.

But today…I want to be “home”.

I hope everyone had a great time.  It was all so beautifully done and perfect.  She looked SO HAPPY.

I’ll post more pictures tomorrow but tonight I just thought I’d show the gist of the day.

She was beautiful. We had a great time. I’m going to enjoy my last night with my husband before I lose him for several months.

The happiest I've ever felt was that moment when I discovered you loved me too. I love you pop tart!!

Run on…and run right into great love.
